Portraits?

Do you need a great family photo to send out for Christmas? I'm planning a full day of portraits on Sunday, Nov 15th (at the Roof House in Lexington) and Nov 29th (at the Springdale House in W. Monya Engagement Session

Monya & Stephen are getting married in May in Florence so we took the opportunity to combine an engagement session for the two of them with a portrait session of the whole family before the wedding! The kids were so well behaved and absolutely adorable!

I can't wait until the wedding!

PPSC Convention

I just got back from a wonderful trip to the Professional Photographers of South Carolina convention in Mrytle Beach! For 4 amazing days, I was able to take seminars from some of the top photographers in the world, learn about new products and techniques and networking with other local South Carolina photographers!


I also entered some prints of my own into competition and I ended up with two awards!

"Aisle Anxiety" (from Tracy & Clinton's wedding- see December archives) earned a Distigushed Award...


And "Palmetto Pride", an infared photo taken in Charleston earns a Print Merit (high score)...I am so inspired and I can't wait to start putting some of the wonderful ideas to good use with this year's weddings and portraits!
